CREST is a key STEM education program of the British Science Association with a STEM orientation for students.
The program was started in 1984 by a team of scientists, engineers and high school teachers with a passion to inspire their students to develop thinking and skills in the science and engineering field.
For 40 years, the team of founders has continuously developed the program to provide students a maximum access to research and design activities that are practical and connect students with scientists, leading engineers as well as the recognized British universities and businesses.
CREST is a scheme that inspires young people to think and behave like scientists and engineers.
In Vietnam, the CREST program is organized by a collaboration between Exscitec Limited (United Kingdom) and STEMax Education Joint Stock Company (Vietnam) under the supervision and management of the British Science Association.
After the CREST project, I have learned more deeply and broadly, and I have developed significantly. The CREST teachers have accompanied me every step of the way in the project so that I could submit a comprehensive and complete CREST report.
I see the importance of having Mr. Tony (CREST Mentor) as a guide. With guidance from him, after some adjustments, our report has met the necessary standards.
Thank you for being really patience with us and guide us every detail to make sure we understand what to do, and after studying this class, I felt that I have been upgraded and I had learned a lot on how to make hypothesis and what we have to do to test it. Besides it, my teamwork skills also improved. Although the class had many homeworks deadlines but we have a great time working together.
